IMPORTANT NOTICE
Before logging in, ensure you meet the following requirements to avoid retaking the exam and potential associated fees:
- Device: Traditional desktop or laptop only (no mobile devices).
- Operating System: Updated Windows 10+ or MacOS 11+.
- Internet: Upload speed of 1 Mbps, download speed of 2 Mbps (avoid tethering and hotspots).
- Software: Virtual Machines and Remote Desktops are not allowed for those testing for IWFA, NPMAPro, or NLAR.
- Hardware: Working webcam and microphone.
- Browser: Updated Google Chrome or Edge.
- ID: Have a photo ID available.
- Restart Computer: We highly suggest restarting your computer before taking your exam. We also encourage you not to open any other applications other than the intended browser to take your exam.
